It's a really big skip, too.  In case it's a vinyl issue Patrick can't fix, I repaired the file in Audacity.  It was bit tricky, but here's how:

1. Load the file into Audacity.  Audacity will automatically decode the file so don't worry about transcoding.  Drag & drop works great.
2. Cut the file apart at the big defect around 2:23.
3. Cut & delete all the distorted waveforms around it and drag the right clip out a bit to give yourself some working room.  You'll now have a big gap to fill in.
4. Download the youtube clip here & extract its audio (I used MKVToolNix).  This will be a 128 kbps mka file.  It's close enough in levels & timing to not require any adjustments.
5. Load the new file into Audacity below the first track.
6. Sync the 2 files near the start of the gap above.  This is the tricky part as the waves don't look exactly the same.  Initially, I synced them by ear to get them close.  I then zoomed in and identified some big peaks that I could pair up to sync the files more accurately.  Listen through the gap where the new file comes in to ensure it sounds normal.
7. Cut the mka clip exactly where gap starts and discard it's unused front portion.
8. Now sync the second flac clip near the gap with the remaining mka clip.  Use the same technique as above.  Don't worry about dragging the mka file for syncing as the cut in step 7 will be eventually be it's insertion point.
9. Once synced, cut the mka file a second time at the start of the second flac clip.  Discard the unused right clip of the mka file.  You now have an mka insert that will bridge the two flac  portions.
10. Drag apart the flac portions so the gap will now accommodate the mka insert.
11. Drag the mka insert into the gap and abut it to the first flac portion, then close the remaining gap by dragging the second flac part into the end of the mka insert.  You can overdrag the clips, so be sure they're just edge to edge.
12. Listen through the repair to make sure it all sounds good.  If okay, select all clips and Edit > Audio Clips > Join.
13. Now export your repaired flac file: File > Export > Export Audio  ...and follow the dialogues.

I'm not a fan of lossy audio, but in a very short repair like this, it's not noticeable at all.
