I only know because I looked it up, but it's "stylus rake adjustment".  I compared it to the previous rip and I thought the SRA rolled off a little high end.  Give it a listen and tell us what you think.  I think the previous rip was on the Whest lineage, so that might make a difference to depending on what equipment is being used on Last.
