I downloaded the new archive once more, just to compare the difference between 100.6MB vs 100.8MB versions of track two. Result = they are identical when it comes to the audio inside the flac file. 02 without _RL is my old copy tagged AT150ANV.
This is the test I did run:
$ metaflac --show-md5sum *.flac
02 - What Is and What Should Never Be.flac:9c480c33ac7c03be4f3b080962c40047
02 - What Is and What Should Never Be_RL.flac:9c480c33ac7c03be4f3b080962c40047

So in my opinion there isn't any audio difference between the files, and both are "correct" version.
