Special thanks for a very eclectic batch of archived recordings. These all sound great as new archives or re-rips.

• Dire Straits – Love Over Gold (Quiex Promo) Brings out some details previously not heard and created renewed interest in this album.
• Joel Scott Hill, John Barbata, Chris Ethridge – L. A. Getaway – Great album vocal, instrumentation and song-wise and I wish they did a follow-up.
• Led Zeppelin – III (UK Plum) Wow, this never sounded so good! Captures all of the album’s intricate details.
• The Animals – Animalisms (UK Mono) – Captures the vocal and instrumental power of this 1966 album.
• Thin Lizzy – Fighting (UK) – Haven’t compared with previous rips, but sounds great.
• Allan Holdsworth – I.O.U. – Had this many years ago and forgot about it. Wasn’t a Holdsworth fan with is later music but really enjoy this with the killer rhythm section and Paul Williams vocals.
• Gil Scott-Heron – Pieces Of A Man (2022 UK Reissue) – A very pleasant surprise to see in the archive. Still so relevant 55+ years later and worth a listen if only for The Revolution Will Not Be Televised.
• T-Bone Walker – T-Bone Blues (2024 AP75) – These 1955-59 era recordings are essential if a blues fan.
• CWT – The Hundredweight (2010 Greek Reissue) - A real surprise. 1973 of an English band that was released on a German label. A heavy three piece with Budgie type guitar, augmented with horn arrangements and flute. Don’t’ pass on this!
• Fela Ransome-Kuti & The Africa ’70 – Afrodisiac (Greece) – Early Fela and like all his albums, a nice summer listen.
• Manu Dibango – Soul Makossa - If you like Fela, you should enjoy this album by Cameroonian saxophonist and songwriter Manu Dibango. Supposedly parts sample by various artists including Michael Jackson.
• The Beach Boys – Holland - Not a Beach Boys fan but gave it a listen and it’s a keeper thatI enjoy listening to the layers of music in each song.
• The Moody Blues – Days Of Future Passed (1981 MFSL Reissue) – Haven’t listened to The Moody Blues in some time, but this has renewed my interest with this fine sounding release.
