It's the 1978 United Artist release. However, all the track names in this PB release are incorrect.  The correct names are as follows in brackets:

01 - Revelation Time [Open The Iron Gate]
02 - Open The Iron Gate [Open The Iron Gate Pt. II]
03 - Open The Iron Gate Pt. II [No Peace]
04 - No Peace [Tacko]
05 - Three Blind Mice [Blood of The Prophet]
06 - A Quarter Pound of I'cense [Blood of The Prophet Pt. II]
07 - Blood of The Prophet [Warning, Warning]
08 - Blood of The Prophet Pt. II [A Quarter Pound of I'cense]
09 - Tacko [Three Blind Mice]

Open The Iron Gate and Blood of the Prophet are not listed separately on the labels.

I am not that guy but I am a big fan of gorehound's work and wish I owned some of those singles haha
