again an awesome treasure chest with 50 fine albums!
Special thanks for Art Blakey, Bush Tetras, Cream, Freddie Hubbard, Gerald Wilson, The Jam, Jimi Hendrix, John Coltrane, Pink Floyd, Scientist, Shuggie Otis, Sir Joe Quarterman And Free Soul (unknown to me, but great!), T. Rex, The Beatles, The Kinks & Todd Rundgren
besides, ther is a typo in the email address, just delete the ” at the beginning

PBTHAL,
Immense thanks for (possibly) hearing my request for more Chameleons and providing. This rip of “What Does Anything Mean Basically” is phenomenal. Excellent addition to go with “Script Of The Bridge”.
Floyd’s WYWH is exquisite. Hubbard’s “Breaking Point” sounds so clean and sublime.
John Norum’s “Another Destination” is highly recommended. Love his cover of “Sunshine of Your Love”. Perfect addition to the Cream rips you’ve provided.
Johnny Blaine and The Spur Band. Good stuff brother!

yes, this is all so awesome, thank you. do any other pbthal fans here know how to find more precise pressing info (like catalogue number), or is it not available? for example, i think i’ve surmised that the scientist “UK” is the 1982 greensleeves pressing, but it’d be nice to be sure.
to be clear, not a complaint — the important things are the music and the excellent-sounding rips. but the OCD in me couldn’t help but wonder lol

The information provided by PB regarding which release was used for the rip is somewhat cryptic, but PB sticks to conventions. So, one can usually discern the release by a process of elimination when sifting through the discogs database for any given work. First year of issue, UK, LP leaves only one option for ‘Scientist Encounters Pac-Man’:

This is the release you surmised was used for the rip.
I hope this was helpful. I once did a more elaborate explanation of PB’s conventions on the information they provide. You can find that explanation here:
